التعريف بمجلة" الإستراتيجية والتنمية ": هي مجلة علمية دولية محكمة متخصصة في الميدان الاقتصادي، تصدر عن كلية العلوم الاقتصادية، التجارية وعلوم التسيير – جامعة عبد الحميد بن باديس – مستغانم بالجزائر،
والحاملة للترقيم الدولي رقم: 0982-2170 ورقم الإيداع القانوني: 4793-2011. وهي فضاء يساهم من خلاله جميع أصحاب القدرات العلمية بأحد المواضيع المتعلقة بالاقتصاد ومستجداته في الجزائر والدول العربية وعلى المستوى الدولي.
وتخضع جميع البحوث العلمية التي ترد إلى المجلة لشروط نشر يتعين على الباحثين الإلتزام بها،

La revue « Stratégie et Développement » (ISSN: 2170-0982-ISBN: 4793-2011), est éditée par la faculté des sciences économiques, commerciales et des sciences de gestion –Université Abdelhamid BEN BADIS –Mostaganem, Algérie. Il s’agit d’une revue scientifique internationale approuvée qui s’intéresse au domaine économique. Elle ouvre un espace à toutes les potentialités en matière scientifique en Algérie et à l’extérieur de par la contribution dans l’un des thèmes relatifs à l’économie et à ses mutations, en Algérie notamment, dans les pays arabes et au niveau international. Les articles à finalité recherche scientifique édités par la présente revue sont fondés sur des critères de publication auxquels doivent se conformer les chercheurs Avantages : La revue offre les avantages suivants:
1. Rapidité de révision des articles proposés dans un délai d'un mois et 10 jours, au plus tard;
2. Possibilité d'améliorer la qualité des articles proposés par l'intermédiaire de notre Comité de rédaction international;

The International Review "Strategy and Development" (ISSN: 2170-0982 - ISBN: 4793-2011) is published by the Faculty of Economic, Commercial Studies and Management Sciences - Abdelhamid Ben Badis University – Mostaganem, Algeria. It is a double blind peer-reviewed international scientific journal approved, Bi-annual and free of charge, that focuses on the economic field (applied and theoretical articles). It opens a space full potential scientific in Algeria and outside by the contribution in one of the topics related to the economy and its mutations, particularly in Algeria, the Arab countries, MENA and at the international level (EU, America and Asia countries). All articles around the world are very welcome in our International Review. Manuscripts can by send any time for the tow issues (January and July).
